  • Will you confirm my order?

    Once you submit your order, you will receive a confirmation text and a link to pay your non-refundable deposit.

  • Can I adjust my order?

    Please make modifications and changes within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot honor changes or modifications after 24 hours.

  • My plans have changed, can I cancel my order?

    We understand life happens. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours. We will not accept day-of cancellations. Please note: All deposits are non-refundable.

  • Is there a deposit fee?

    All orders will incur a $40 deposit fee regardless of the order total. The fee will be deducted from the order total, and the remaining balance is due at pick-up or delivery.

  • Do you deliver?

    We deliver within ABQ metro. All deliveries incur a $15 delivery fee. There is a $100 order minimum for all deliveries.

  • Do you have any vegan, vegetarian, or gluten-free options?

    Our meat, rubs, and brine are gluten-free. The Mac and Cheese, Kale & Collard Slaw, and potato salad are vegetarian. Please note: are made with ham. Our potato salad is vegan.

  • Can I make substitutions or modifications?

    We do not accept or honor substitutions or modfications.

  • Do you have an ingredient list?

    Please see our menu for a list of our ingredients.

  • Do you cater events?

    At this time, we only accept orders during our pr-determined weekend pop-ups.

  • You're sold out, can I get on a waiting list?

    We accept a limited number. of orders each pop-up. If we receive any cancellations, we will get you on the list. Otherwise, please sign up for our newsletter to get on the list for next pop-up.
